Quem elegeu foi a equipe de editores do site, que é especializado em música.Segundo o GIGWISE, algumas vezes a capa e o encarte podem ser tão ou mais memoráveis do que as próprias músicas do disco.A capa vencedora foi a do ábum "Nevermind", do Nirvana, lançado em 1991. Segundo os editores, a capa resume perfeitamente e de maneira original, a sociedade contemporânea: um inocente bebê corrompido pelo dinheiro.
